Bode’s galaxy and its group

I wanted to share this stunning picture taken by my amateur astrophotographer friends, Maxence Guilbert and Yanis Hodaibi. Protagonist of the shot is Bode’s galaxy (or M81), which is a spiral galaxy located in Ursa Major (about 11.6 million light-years away from the Milky Way!), along with part of its galaxy group: the Cigar galaxy(M82) in the top right and the smaller NGC 3077 in the top left.
